Lift was the word I chose for alphabet. Lifting is a good daily routine for staying physically fit. I wanted to make the words a silhouette and the sunset made a nice background for it. I made Tanner make the letters, but he wanted to do the word lift instead of life. He figured a "t" was easier to make than an "e". :)
